Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility


At HAMKO Future Tech Academy, we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our courses and services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of course or program you have enrolled in:


1.1. Full Refund Eligibility


You may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within 03 days from the date of enrollment for any course. Please check the individual course pages for the exact refund period.


1.2. Partial Refund Eligibility


In certain situations, we may provide partial refunds, subject to the condition that the request is made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled start of the class.


1.3. Non-Refundable Items


Enrollment fees for any course or program are non-refundable after 15 days from the date of enrollment.


2. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please follow these steps:


Send an email to hamko.fta@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request -  Your Name."

Include your full name, email address, course or program name, and the reason for your refund request.


We will review your request and respond within 02 business days.


3. Refund Processing


If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during enrollment.


Please allow 07 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


4. Exceptional Circumstances


In exceptional circumstances, such as a course cancellation or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, we may offer refunds outside of the standard refund policy.
